RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product. Currently we are accepting returns only and not exchange. If you want a different product size, you can return the product and re-purchase the desired size from our website. Please refer following details and conditions for returns:

Before making your payment, we request you to verify with care the size chart and details of the product you are finalizing for your purchase. Kindly ensure that you are making an informed decision. Our sizes correspond to Indian clothing.
We will accept return of the item/s in accordance with this Policy.
Returns:
- If you wish to return the product, you can place the return request within 3 days after an order has been delivered. After that returns will not be accepted. For all returns please email us on info@cottonlush.com, along with your complete order details and issue.
- We accept return only if the following conditions are met:
>The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition.
> The tags and labels on the item should be intact in original condition.
> The Product is returned along with the original packaging.
> In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
- The shipping charges are non-refundable
- We shall charge you reverse pickup charges at Rs 100 and the same shall be deducted from your refund when approved.
- If we do not have a reverse pick up facility at your location, we will request you to self-ship the product back to us.
Refunds:
In case of returns, refund will be processed after we receive the shipment and the product is verified.
Sometimes actual product color may look slightly different from image, which is due to various photography conditions. We request you to connect with us for any clarifications. Any further claims on it won’t be entertained.
Any sort of shipping charges are non-refundable.
All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account only.
In the event of delivery of defective products, you must send an email to our customer support at info@cottonlush.com along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product within applicable return time period. COTTONLUSH takes complete responsibility for any defective or damaged product delivered to the customer. Once, the verification is done, a customer is eligible for exchange, or we shall provide a coupon code for the same amount. A customer must make a video while opening the package, it’s required for the verification of any kind of defect/Shortage or damage.
In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then we will not be responsible for refunding the amount paid by you.
Shipping Notification:
If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order, we will promptly inform you via the email address registered with Cottonlush.com. We will also outline the corrective actions that will be taken in such cases.
Damaged in Transit: Cottonlush is not liable for items that may be damaged during the shipping process.

Cancellation/Modification of orders:
Once we have received the order and payment is confirmed, we're unable to do cancellation as the stock with us remains in limited stock and once the same is booked we can’t do the changes. We request you to contact us for the same, if possible, we will check if there is any possibility of cancellation and same equivalent credit will be generated for your account.
If you want to modify your order after payment, we can't promise of the changes, requested by you, due to above mentioned reasons.
Once order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. For modification in the order before it has been shipped, please drop an email to Info@cottonlush.com, and we will see if we can work it out for you.
We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision to cancel your order by writing to your registered email id. In the event of any such cancellation, you may opt to replace the order with a new one after making any additional payment if applicable after adjustment or request for the refund.
We do not provide COD right now!
